A set of 5 round glass cabochons to create your own personalized jewelry.
Choose a pretty image, glue it to the back of the glass, and use a bail to create a superb unique pendant made by you!
An original gift idea: choose photos of your loved ones, children, or babies for a personalized gift.
Use the irregular side of the cabochon to glue the image.
For better adhesion, clean the cabochon with soapy water before gluing your image.
Tips:
- We recommend testing your glue on a piece of glass to ensure it is perfectly transparent.
- If you choose to glue a photo printed with an inkjet printer, do a test to see if the ink doesn't bleed with the glue. The ideal in this case is to apply a layer of varnish (or diluted vinyl glue) over the image before gluing it. You can also use photos from magazines, decorative paper, dried flowers, etc.
- Cut an image larger than the cabochon; once the glue is dry, you can neatly cut around the cabochon with scissors.
- To waterproof the back of the paper pendant, use a glue varnish.
- You can also make pretty magnets. Glue a magnet to the back of the cabochon instead of the bail.
