The technique to master: opening and closing a jump ring

Take your hoop earring findings and open them by removing the tab from the closed loop.

Using the flat-nose pliers, flatten the right angle of the tab: this is where we will insert the beads.

Step 3:
insert the jade beads, alternating them with the flower rondelles according to your creativity. You can add several rondelles in a row, then a bead, and change the rhythm.

When your hoop earring has no more space for adding beads, we will reform the hoop earring's tab into a right angle using the flat-nose pliers.

Step 5:
Close the hoop earring again, placing the tab into the hoop earring's loop

Step 6
Take a 6 mm jump ring and place a teardrop charm on it.
Add the stud earring finding to the ring, in front of the hoop earring.

Place the closed loop of the hoop earring inside the jump ring, where the tab is inserted. The hoop earring's "assembly should be positioned behind the teardrop charm.

Step 7:
close the jump ring

Step 8:
place a earring back on the stud earring finding

Assemble the second earring by repeating steps 1 to 8.

You now have beautiful earrings that are easy to wear at the office or in the evening.
